The Texas Instruments TPS2812P is a dual high-speed MOSFET driver designed for low-side applications. It is capable of delivering peak currents of 2A into capacitive loads. This device operates over a wide supply voltage range from 4V to 14V and features a logic voltage range of 1V to 4V.
