The Texas Instruments TPS25750DRJKR is a highly integrated, standalone USB Type-C and Power Delivery (PD) controller optimized for USB-C PD power applications. It simplifies design by integrating fully managed power paths with robust protection features, eliminating the need for firmware development or external microcontrollers.

Key features include an integrated 5-V, 3-A, 36-mΩ sourcing switch and, for the TPS25750D variant, an integrated 28-V, 7-A, 16-mΩ bi-directional load switch. The device offers integrated reverse current protection, overvoltage protection, and slew rate control for the high-voltage path, as well as undervoltage and overvoltage protection and current limiting for the 5V/3A source path. It supports USB PD 3.0 and USB Type-C specifications, including cable attach and orientation detection, and provides 10 configurable GPIOs.

This controller is optimized for power applications and supports power provider (source) and power consumer (sink) roles (DRP). It also includes integrated I2C control for TI battery chargers and a 3.3-V LDO output for dead battery support. The device operates from a 3.3-V or VBUS source and is available in a 38-WQFN (4x6) package.
