TPS2350D

The Texas Instruments TPS2350D is an active hot swap controller designed for robust power management in -48V applications. It operates within a voltage range of -80V to -12V and can withstand transients up to -100V.

Key features include adjustable overvoltage lockout (OVLO), adjustable current limit, adjustable soft start, and adjustable undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The device provides essential protection mechanisms such as overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, and short circuit protection. Its overcurrent response is managed through a circuit breaker and current limiting, with a latch-off fault response and cut-off overvoltage response. The TPS2350D also includes a power good signal and fault output.

Packaged in a 14-pin SOIC surface mount package, the TPS2350D operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
