The Texas Instruments TPS22966DPUR is an integrated dual-channel load switch supporting an input voltage range from 0.8V to 5.5V. Each channel can handle a maximum continuous current of 6A, with a typical on-resistance of 16mΩ. This device features inrush current control and a quick output discharge (QOD) function, which is optional.
The TPS22966DPUR operates with low quiescent current, typically 80µA for both channels, and a low shutdown current of 2µA.
