The TPS22924C is a compact load switch from Texas Instruments, featuring an integrated single load switch with controlled turn-on characteristics. It supports an input voltage range of 0.75 V to 3.6 V and offers a low ON-resistance as low as 18.3 mΩ at 3.6 V.

This device is designed to minimize inrush current through an internally controlled slew rate, with a typical rise time of 800 µs at 3.6 V. It includes a quick output discharge feature via a 1250-Ω on-chip load resistor when the switch is turned off, preventing output float.
