The Texas Instruments TPS22810DBVR is an integrated single-channel load switch. It features an input voltage range of 2.7V to 18V and a maximum continuous current of 3A in the WSON package (2A in SOT-23-6). The device offers a low typical on-resistance of 79mΩ at 12V input.
Key features include inrush current control, quick output discharge, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The rise time is adjustable via an external capacitor on the CT pin, and the output discharge is also configurable. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C.
