The TPR50 series voltage reference from 3PEAK, including the TPR5025-SO1R, is designed for applications requiring high precision and stable voltage output. It boasts a low temperature coefficient, with typical values as low as 1 ppm/°C over certain temperature ranges, and a maximum initial accuracy of 0.05%.
This series supports a wide input voltage range from 3 V to 15 V and offers fixed output voltages including 1.25 V, 2.048 V, 2.5 V, 3 V, 3.3 V, 4.096 V, 4.5 V, and 5 V. The TPR50 series can handle both sinking and sourcing currents up to ±10 mA, making it suitable for various demanding applications.
Packaged in SOP8 or MSOP8 surface-mount packages, the TPR50 series is qualified for operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
