The TPD8E003DQDR is a unidirectional TVS diode array designed for ESD protection of high-speed data lines. It integrates 8 Zener-based channels with a reverse standoff voltage of 10V and can handle peak pulse current of 2A (8/20µs waveform) with a peak power dissipation of 55W. The device is housed in an 8-WFDFN exposed pad package, also known as 8-WSON (1.7x1.35 mm), suitable for surface mount assembly. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C ambient.
This TVS array is intended for applications requiring clamping of transient overvoltages on multiple signal lines. With 8 channels, it is well-suited for protecting parallel interfaces, such as in consumer electronics, industrial controls, and portable devices. The low-profile package helps save board space.
