The TPD4E1U06DBVR is a 4-channel steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode designed for protecting high-speed data lines. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V and a typical clamping voltage of 15V at 3A peak pulse current (8/20µs). With a peak pulse power rating of 45W, it provides effective transient voltage protection for Ethernet and HDMI interfaces. The device is surface-mount packaged in a compact SOT-23-6 package, operating over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
