The Texas Instruments TPD3F303DQDR is a highly integrated device providing three-channel Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) filtering and Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) based ESD protection. The C-R-C low-pass filter design protects data, clock, and reset lines of a SIM Card interface. It features a TVS diode array for IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection on these signals and the VCC power line.
