The TPD2E001DRLRG4 is a two-channel Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) based Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode array from Texas Instruments. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic components from damaging ESD strikes, meeting the IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 international standard with ±8kV contact discharge and ±15kV air-gap discharge protection.
This device features a low I/O capacitance of 1.5 pF (typical) and a low leakage current of 1 nA (maximum), making it suitable for high-speed data interfaces such as Ethernet, LVDS, and USB 2.0. The reverse working voltage is 5.5V, with a breakdown voltage of 11V (minimum) and a clamping voltage of 16V.
The TPD2E001DRLRG4 is available in a compact SOT-553 surface mount package, facilitating space-saving designs. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Alternate channel configurations are available from the manufacturer.
