TOP414GN

The Power Integrations TOP414GN is a highly versatile DC to DC PWM Switch belonging to the TOPSwitch family. It integrates a high-voltage N-channel power MOSFET with a PWM controller, oscillator, start-up bias circuit, and fault protection circuitry into a single device.

This component is designed to simplify DC to DC converter designs, reducing component count and increasing reliability. It supports multiple topologies including Buck, Boost, Flyback, and Forward converters, and can operate in continuous or discontinuous modes.
