The Power Integrations TOP267EG is a highly efficient offline AC/DC converter belonging to the TOPSwitch-JX family. This monolithic device integrates a 725V power MOSFET, multi-mode PWM control, and comprehensive protection circuitry into a compact eSIP-7C package.
