The Samtec TOLC-120-02-F-Q-LC is a high-density board-to-board header connector featuring 80 positions arranged in 4 rows with a 1.27mm pitch and 1.27mm row spacing. This shrouded header with 4-wall protection ensures reliable mating alignment and pin protection in dense PCB layouts.
The connector uses square male pins made of phosphor bronze with a 3.00µin gold contact finish, providing excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The insulation is molded from black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, suitable for high-temperature environments. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to 125°C.
Designed for surface mount soldering, the header includes a board lock feature for secure attachment during assembly. Each contact is rated for 2.4A, making it appropriate for moderate current signal and power distribution applications. The push-pull fastening type allows easy mating and unmating without tools.
