The TMV 2-0512DHI is a 2-watt isolated DC DC converter from Traco Power's TMV 2HI series. It accepts a 5V nominal input (4.5V to 5.5V range) and provides dual regulated outputs of +12V and -12V, each capable of delivering 84mA. The converter offers very high I/O isolation of 5200 VDC (5700 Vpk), making it suitable for IGBT applications and other systems requiring galvanic isolation.
The module features short circuit protection (SCP) and operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with derating. Typical efficiency is 80%. The converter is housed in a compact 7-SIP package with 5 leads, measuring 19.5mm x 7.5mm x 10.2mm, and is designed for through-hole mounting.
