The Texas Instruments TMS320C6416TBCLZA7 is a high-performance fixed-point digital signal processor (DSP) from the TMS320C64x family, built on the VelociTI.2 extensions to the VelociTI architecture. It operates at clock rates up to 720MHz, offering instruction cycle times as low as 1 ns and delivering up to 8000 MIPS.

This DSP features a robust architecture with eight highly independent functional units, including six ALUs and two multipliers, supporting various arithmetic operations per clock cycle.
