The Texas Instruments TMS320C6414TBGLZ6 is a powerful fixed-point digital signal processor (DSP) from the TMS320C64x family, built on the VelociTI.2 extensions to the VLIW architecture. This device offers a 600MHz clock rate, with instruction cycle times as low as 1 ns, and supports up to 4800 MIPS.

Key architectural features include eight highly independent functional units, comprising six ALUs and two multipliers, supporting various arithmetic operations per clock cycle. It boasts 64 32-bit general-purpose registers and features an advanced instruction set with byte-addressable data access and conditional instructions. The memory architecture includes L1 program and data caches, along with a substantial L2 unified RAM/cache.
