The Texas Instruments TMS320C6202BGNZ300 is a high-performance fixed-point digital signal processor (DSP) from the TMS320C62x™ family, built on the VelociTI™ VLIW architecture.

This DSP offers a 300MHz clock rate with an instruction cycle time of 3.33 ns, capable of achieving 2400 MIPS. It features eight highly independent functional units, including six 32/40-bit ALUs and two 16-bit multipliers. The processor includes 3M-Bit of on-chip SRAM, comprising 2M-Bit for program/cache and 1M-Bit for dual-access data memory. Its instruction set supports byte-addressable data and various bit manipulation features.

The TMS320C6202BGNZ300 provides a 32-bit external memory interface (EMIF) for glueless connection to synchronous and asynchronous memories, with a 52M-Byte addressable external memory space. It also includes a four-channel DMA controller, a flexible PLL clock generator, and a 32-bit expansion bus (XBus) for interfacing with PCI bridge chips or other microprocessor buses. For serial communication, it offers three multichannel buffered serial ports (McBSPs) and supports JTAG boundary scan.

Packaged in a 352-pin FCBGA, this device is designed for surface mounting. It operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 90°C (TC) and utilizes a 3.30V supply voltage.
