The Texas Instruments TMS320C6202BGNY300 is a fixed-point digital signal processor (DSP) from the TMS320C62x™ family, built on the VelociTI™ architecture. This device operates at a clock rate of 300MHz, offering 2400 MIPS performance.

Key features include 3 Mbits of on-chip SRAM, with 2 Mbits for program/cache and 1 Mbit for dual-access data. It supports a 32-bit external memory interface (EMIF) for glueless connection to synchronous and asynchronous memories, providing up to 52 MBytes of addressable external memory space. The processor includes a 32-bit expansion bus (XBus) for interfacing with PCI bridge chips and other microprocessor buses, supporting master/slave functionality.

Designed for demanding applications, the TMS320C6202BGNY300 utilizes a load-store architecture with 32 general-purpose registers and eight highly independent functional units, including six ALUs and two 16-bit multipliers.
