The enhanced external memory interface supports 8-/16-/32-bit wide external RAM for data access and program execution. It also includes a two-channel DMA coprocessor with configurable priorities.

 

This DSP is housed in a 144-QFP (28x28) package and supports surface mount. It operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 85°C (TC).
