The Texas Instruments TMP6131QDECTQ1 is a linear thermistor from the TMP61-Q1 series, designed for automotive applications. It features a nominal resistance of 10 kΩ at 25°C with a tight tolerance of ±1% across the 0°C to 70°C range. This silicon-based thermistor exhibits a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) and offers consistent sensitivity across its operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
With a typical TCR of 6400 ppm/°C and a fast thermal response time of 0.6 seconds in the DEC package, the TMP6131QDECTQ1 is suitable for various temperature sensing applications. It is built with a fail-safe feature in case of short-circuit failures and has a low typical long-term sensor drift of 0.5%.
