The Texas Instruments TMP116NAIDRVT is a high-accuracy, low-power digital temperature sensor. It provides a 16-bit temperature result with a resolution of 0.0078°C and an accuracy of up to ±0.2°C without calibration.
This sensor operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and is compatible with the I2C and SMBus interfaces. It features programmable alert functionality and a supply voltage range of 1.9V to 5.5V. The device consumes a low quiescent current of 3.5 µA during operation and 250 nA in shutdown mode.
The TMP116NAIDRVT is available in a compact 6-WSON (2x2) package, suitable for surface mounting. Its integrated EEPROM memory and precise temperature sensing capabilities make it ideal for various monitoring applications.
