The TMP116AIDRVT from Texas Instruments is a high-accuracy, low-power digital temperature sensor. It provides a 16-bit temperature result with a resolution of 0.0078°C and an accuracy of up to ±0.2°C without calibration.
This sensor operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and is compatible with I²C and SMBus interfaces. It features a supply voltage range of 1.9V to 5.5V and consumes very low quiescent current (3.5µA) with a shutdown current of 250nA.
The TMP116AIDRVT includes programmable temperature alert limits and a 64-bit general-purpose EEPROM for storing configuration data. It is supplied in a compact 6-WSON (2x2) package suitable for surface mounting.
