The Texas Instruments TMP100NA/250 is a digital temperature sensor designed for accurate temperature monitoring. It features an I2C/SMBus interface, making it suitable for various communication, computer, consumer, environmental, and industrial applications.
This sensor offers a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C, with a typical accuracy of ±1°C and a maximum accuracy of ±2°C from -55°C to 125°C. The resolution is user-selectable from 9 to 12 bits, providing flexibility for different measurement needs. It supports a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and has a low quiescent current of 45µA.
The TMP100NA/250 is available in a compact 6-pin SOT-23-6 package, suitable for surface mount applications. It offers features like one-shot conversion, output switch, programmable resolution, shutdown mode, and standby mode, enhancing its utility in power-sensitive designs. The device allows up to eight sensors on a single bus.
