The Analog Devices TMP01FP is a low-power, programmable temperature controller designed for various sensing and control applications. It features a temperature-proportional voltage output and two user-programmable open-collector trip point outputs for over and under temperature detection.
The device operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a typical accuracy of ±1.0°C. Both the high/low temperature trip points and hysteresis are user-defined through external resistors, offering flexibility in system design. It supports single-supply operation from 4.5 V to 13.2 V.
