The TMMBAT43FILM is a Schottky rectifier diode designed for general-purpose switching applications. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 30 V and an average rectified current of 200 mA. The device features a low forward voltage of 1 V at 200 mA and a fast reverse recovery time of 5 ns, making it suitable for high-frequency circuits. The junction capacitance is 7 pF at 1 V and 1 MHz.
