The contact system uses 0.020" (0.50 mm) square posts and supports a current rating of 3.2A per contact. The insulation height is 1.50mm. The fastening type is push-pull, suitable for standard mating with Samtec CLT, SQT, and other compatible sockets.

 

With an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C for tin plating (this variant has matte tin on the post and tail), this connector is suitable for a wide range of board-to-board applications. It offers a channel performance metric of 8 Gbps NRZ, making it capable of supporting protocols up to 8 Gbps. The part is lead-free solderable and RoHS compliant.
