The Samtec TMM-104-01-L-D-SM-TR is a 2.00mm pitch, 8-position dual row unshrouded male pin header from the TMM series. It is designed for board-to-board and cable-to-board applications, offering a compact and reliable interconnection solution. The header features a pitch of 2.00mm, row spacing of 2.00mm, and a total of 8 positions arranged in two rows. The contact material is phosphor bronze with gold plating on the post (10 µ") and matte tin on the tail, ensuring excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating.

Electrically, the header is rated for 3.2A per contact (with 2 pins powered) and has a voltage rating of 281 VAC when mated with SQW series sockets or 250 VAC when mated with SQT series sockets. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating, or -55°C to +105°C with tin plating. The header is surface mount with solder termination and is supplied in tape and reel packaging. The SMT lead coplanarity is a maximum of 0.15mm, ensuring reliable soldering in automated assembly processes.
