The Vishay TLZ20B-GS08 is a small signal Zener diode from the TLZ-Series. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 20V and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW. The device offers very sharp reverse characteristic, low reverse current level, and high stability. It is designed for voltage stabilization applications.
