The Vishay Dale TLWR7600 is a red LED from the TELUX series, designed for applications requiring supreme luminous flux. It utilizes AllnGaP technology and comes in a standard 7.62 mm square package with through-hole mounting. This LED offers a typical luminous flux of 2800 mlm at 70 mA, with a typical wavelength of 618 nm and a typical forward voltage of 2.2V.
With a supreme heat dissipation of RthJP = 90 K/W and a high operating temperature range from -40 °C to +110 °C, the TLWR7600 is suitable for demanding environments. It meets SAE and ECE color requirements for automotive applications and is compatible with wave solder processes.
The LED is packed in tubes for automatic insertion, with luminous flux, forward voltage, and color categorized for each tube. Its small mechanical tolerances allow for precise usage of external reflectors or lightguides. The ESD-withstand voltage is up to 2 kV according to JESD22-A114-B, and it is AEC-Q101 qualified.
