The Infineon Technologies TLS105B0MBHTSA1 is a monolithic, integrated low-dropout linear voltage tracking regulator designed for automotive applications. It provides a high-precision tracking function with an output voltage adjustable down to 2.0V.
Key features include a 50 mA current capability, very low dropout voltage of typically 250 mV at 50 mA, and very low current consumption of typically 3 µA in standby mode. The device operates within a wide input voltage range of -16V to 45V and a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
