TLP705(TP,F)

The Toshiba TLP705(TP,F) is an optocoupler featuring an infrared LED and an integrated photodetector, housed in a 6-lead SDIP package. This device is specifically designed for the gate driving circuit of IGBT or power MOS FET, offering direct gate drive capabilities for lower power IGBTs.

Key electrical specifications include a peak output current of 0.45A (max), an operating frequency of up to 250kHz, and a power supply voltage range of 10V to 20V. It also features a threshold input current of 8mA (max) and switching times (tpLH/tpHL) of 200ns (max). The common mode transient immunity is rated at a minimum of 10kV/µs, and the isolation voltage is a robust 5000Vrms (min).
