The Texas Instruments TLK2201ARCPR is an Ethernet transceiver providing ultrahigh-speed, full-duplex, point-to-point data transmissions. It is compliant with the IEEE 802.3 Gigabit Ethernet specification and supports data rates ranging from 1.2 to 1.6 Gbps. This device utilizes advanced 0.25 μm CMOS technology and operates with a 2.5-V supply voltage, offering low power consumption of less than 200 mW at 1.25 Gbps.
The transceiver features LVPECL compatible differential I/O and 3.3-V tolerant LVTTL inputs. It supports both 10-bit interface or reduced 5-bit DDR (Double Data Rate) configurations.
