The OPTIREG™ PMIC TLF35584 is a high-efficiency Functional Safety Power Management Integrated Circuit from Infineon Technologies. Designed for automotive applications, it supports ISO 26262 up to ASIL-D.
This PMIC offers a wide input voltage range from 3.0 V to 40 V. It includes multiple regulators, such as a low-drop post regulator for communication supply (5.0 V/200 mA) and for µC supply (5.0 V/600 mA or 3.3 V/600 mA). It also provides a 5.0 V voltage reference with ±1% accuracy and 150 mA current capability, along with two 150 mA trackers for sensor supply.
