On-chip memory includes 96KB of Flash memory (which also emulates 4KB of EEPROM) and 4KB of RAM. The device supports a single power supply voltage ranging from 5.5V to 28V, with an extended range of 3V to 28V. It features a LIN 2.2 transceiver and two full-duplex serial interfaces, one of which supports LIN.

 

Additional features include a MOSFET driver for H-Bridge motor applications, a current sense amplifier, and a high-side switch with PWM functionality. The TLE9855QX is housed in a VQFN-48-31 package and is qualified for automotive applications according to AEC-Q100/101 standards. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to +150°C.
