The Infineon TLE9262BQX is a versatile Body System IC designed for automotive applications. It integrates two low-drop voltage regulators: a main regulator capable of 5V up to 250mA and an auxiliary regulator providing 5V up to 100mA.
This device features a high-speed CAN transceiver supporting CAN FD communication up to 5 Mbit/s and a LIN transceiver supporting LIN 2.2. It also includes 4 high-side outputs with a typical resistance of 7 Ω, 2 high-voltage GPIOs, and 3 high-voltage wake inputs.
Integrated fail-safe and supervision functions, such as a watchdog and reset outputs, enhance system reliability. Configuration and diagnostics are managed via a 16-bit SPI interface. The TLE9262BQX is qualified for automotive applications according to AEC-Q100 and comes in a PG-VQFN-48 package.
