The Infineon TLE75602-ESH is an eight-channel low-side and high-side power switch designed for 12V automotive and industrial applications. It is particularly suited for driving relays, LEDs, and motors. The device features a 16-bit serial peripheral interface (SPI) for control and diagnosis, with daisy chain capability. It supports cranking down to 3.0V and is compatible with 3.3V and 5V microcontrollers.
Key features include a Bulb Inrush Mode (BIM) for driving 2W lamps and electronic loads, and two internal PWM generators for microcontroller offload. The TLE75602-ESH also offers very low quiescent current when the IDLE pin is used and a Limp Home mode. It is housed in a PG-TSDSO-24 package and is AEC Qualified.
Protection features include reverse battery protection, short circuit protection, under-voltage stability, over-current latch off, and thermal shutdown latch off. Diagnostic features provide latched information via SPI registers, including overload and open load detection.
The digital supply voltage is compatible with 3.3V and 5V microcontrollers, and the device supports cranking down to 3.0V.
