It also includes tracking regulators and a low-current stand-by regulator with selectable outputs of 1.0V or 2.6V.

 

Protection features include overcurrent protection on all regulators, overtemperature shutdown, and undervoltage detection with adjustable reset delay. The TLE7368-2E is supplied in a small exposed pad PG-DSO-36 package, suitable for surface mounting.
