This device integrates two stand-alone LIN transceivers on a single monolithic circuit, offering flexibility with separate INH outputs for controlling external circuitry.

 

Key electrical specifications include a supply voltage range of 7V to 27V, a maximum data rate of 20 kBaud, and full duplex communication. It supports digital I/O levels compatible with 3.3V and 5V microcontrollers. The transceiver also provides features like Bus short to VBAT protection, Bus short to GND handling, over-temperature, and under-voltage protection.

 

Designed for harsh automotive environments, the TLE7269G is qualified according to AEC-Q100. It offers very high ESD robustness (± 8 kV according to IEC61000-4-2), optimized low electromagnetic emission (EME), and high immunity against electromagnetic interference (EMI). In sleep mode, it consumes less than 10 mA quiescent current for both transceivers while retaining wake-up capabilities.

 

The TLE7269G is available in a 14-SOIC surface mount package. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C (TJ). The device is compliant with LIN specifications 1.3, 2.0, 2.1, and SAE J2602.
