TLE7209-2R

The Infineon Technologies TLE7209-2R is a fully integrated H-Bridge driver IC suitable for controlling DC and stepper motors in safety-critical applications. It features an operating supply voltage range of 5V to 28V and can deliver a continuous DC load current of 5A at temperatures below 100°C.

Key electrical characteristics include a typical RDSon of 150 mΩ per output transistor, an output current limitation of approximately 6.6A ± 1.1A, and a short circuit shut-down for currents over 8A. The device supports an output switching frequency up to 30 kHz and is designed with optimized rise and fall times for frequencies between 0.5-2 kHz. It includes over-temperature protection, short circuit protection, and an undervoltage disable function.
