The Infineon TLE6251DSXUMA2 is a monolithic integrated circuit designed for high-speed differential mode data transmission and reception in automotive and industrial environments. It functions as an interface between the CAN protocol controller and the physical bus lines, adhering to the ISO/DIS 11898 standard.

This transceiver supports data transmission rates of up to 1 MBaud and is compatible with both 12 V and 24 V automotive applications. It features a low power mode with remote wake-up capability via the CAN bus, triggered by an RxD change. In stand-by mode, it presents no bus load.
