The Infineon TLE6251-3G is a High Speed CAN Transceiver compliant with ISO 11898-5, suitable for automotive applications. It features a data transmission rate of up to 1 MBaud and exhibits very high ESD robustness, rated at ±9 kV according to IEC 61000-4-2.
This transceiver is optimized for low electromagnetic emission (EME) and high immunity against electromagnetic interference (EMI). It includes features such as wake-up capabilities, inhibit output, separate VIO for voltage adaptation, and failure diagnosis output. The device is designed for mixed power supply HS-CAN networks and offers very low power consumption in Sleep mode.
Packaged in a PG-DSO-14, the TLE6251-3G is qualified for automotive applications according to AEC-Q100. It is protected against automotive transients and is RoHS compliant.
