The TLE5206-2GP from Infineon Technologies is a robust H-bridge power IC optimized for DC motor management. It features DMOS output stages and is built using Infineon's SPT process, allowing for integrated bipolar and CMOS control circuitry with DMOS power devices.

This driver IC delivers up to 5A continuous and 6A peak current, making it suitable for demanding motor control applications. It operates across a wide supply voltage range of 5.3V to 40V.
