The Infineon Technologies TLE5012BE5020XUMA1 is a GMR-based angle sensor that provides precise 360° angular position sensing. Utilizing Giant Magneto Resistance (GMR) technology, it measures the orientation of an external magnetic field. The sensor offers a 15-bit absolute angle value with a resolution of 0.01°, and outputs sine and cosine values with 16-bit representation. It is qualified for automotive applications and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (junction temperature).
