The device features very low current consumption, typically 40 µA, making it suitable for applications requiring very low standby currents, such as those with a permanent connection to a vehicle's battery.

 

Designed for the harsh environment of automotive applications, the TLE42644G includes protection against overload, short-circuit, and overtemperature conditions. It operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +150°C and is qualified for automotive applications according to AEC-Q100.

 

The TLE42644G is available in a small PG-SOT223-4 surface-mounted package. It is pin-compatible with TLE4264-2G and TLE4264G, offering a direct replacement option with reduced quiescent current.
