Key features include an output tracking tolerance to reference of ≤ ±0.2%, allowing for high-precision voltage replication. The output voltage can be adjusted down to 1.5 V and can supply loads up to 250 mA. The device operates over a wide voltage range up to 40 V and a temperature range from -40°C to 150°C.
