The Infineon TLD7002-16ES is an evaluation platform designed for the TLD7002-16ES LED driver. This board is intended for hardware and firmware engineers to evaluate and measure characteristic curves, and to check datasheet specifications during the design-in process.
Key features include 16 independent channels, each settable from 5 mA to 76.5 mA. The power stages can be paralleled for higher current requirements. It also incorporates 16 independent 14-bit PWM engines for precise control. Communication is handled via a UART over CAN interface, also known as HSLI (High Speed Lighting Interface). Configuration is managed through an OTP (one-time programmable) memory.
This evaluation board is not optimized for final customer designs and should be used solely for evaluation and testing purposes. It may not comply with CE or similar standards and is not subject to the same procedures as regular products regarding RMA, PCN, and PD.
