The Texas Instruments TLC7705IDR is a micropower supply voltage supervisor designed for reset control in microcomputer and microprocessor systems. It features a supply voltage range of 2 V to 6 V and a maximum supply current of 16 µA.
This device provides automatic reset generation after a voltage drop and includes a precision voltage sensor with temperature compensation. The reset output is defined from VDD ≥ 1 V and can be configured as active high or active low. A programmable delay time is available via an external capacitor, with a minimum reset timeout of 1.1ms.
