TLC7703IDR

The Texas Instruments TLC7703IDR is a micropower supply voltage supervisor IC that provides essential reset control for microcomputer and microprocessor systems. It features a precision voltage sensor with a fixed threshold voltage of 2.63V. During power-on, the RESET output is asserted when VDD reaches 1V, and it remains active as long as the sense voltage stays below the threshold. An internal timer provides a minimum delay of 1.1ms before the output returns to the inactive state, ensuring proper system reset.

This supervisor operates within a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V and consumes a maximum supply current of 16 µA. The TLC7703IDR is available in an 8-SOIC package and is designed for surface mount applications. Its operating temperature range is typically -40°C to 85°C (TA), making it suitable for various industrial environments. The device offers both Active High and Active Low reset outputs, configurable via external components or internal logic.
