TLC556IN

The Texas Instruments TLC556IN is a dual timer integrated circuit designed for timing and oscillation applications. It operates from a single supply voltage ranging from 3V to 18V and can achieve frequencies up to 2.1MHz. This device features low power consumption, typically 2mW at 5V, and a high input impedance, allowing for smaller timing capacitors.

The TLC556IN offers CMOS output capability that swings rail-to-rail, with a high sink current of 100mA typical and a source current of 10mA typical.
